Do your pets like the snow?

Now that it's winter, what do your pets think of the snow if you get snow? My black Lab guide dog Jasmine loves it. She rolls around in it and catfches snowgflakes on her tongue. But Franny, my fox terrier hates it. She's an older dog and doesn't like going out when it's all cold and wet.

Well sadly I don't have any pets. But I like the snow! Lol! Okay that was utterlyp ointlesss, but I really do love the snow! I like playing in it, stepping in it, throwing it, sliding down it and eating it. Caitlin

Lol! It's yummy, it tastes like ice, water and snow cones mixed together!!! lol!!! As long as I get a sightie to make sure it's not dirty...

Yup. Some of it can have dirt in it. Or worse. That would so NOT be fun to eat. Lol! But the fresh snow tastes reeeally good! Lol!

The cats Morticia and our new addition Alvin, are.. well he's not sure but her ladyship hates the stuff, she verbally complains about snow and seems to blame us for its existence...

Well, my kitty loves staring at the stuff so I imagine he likes it, but that's only because he's an indoor cat and doesn't know that it's cold :-).

my dog is the type of breed that loves snow. I'll let her outside and she'll stay out there either rollin gin it, rubbing her nose in it, laying it, running in it even if it's deep enough jumping in it. Like for example over the weekend dad was cleaning the drive way of snow and saw the dog lay there. He turns around and instead of a big black dog all you see is a big white dog lol. The snow covered her eniter body all you see is the eyes and nose which she has brown eyes and a black nose.

Well I have no pets but here in Brooklyn (new york, sort of near Long Island... I suppose, I suck at geo) it was snow city. The snow came down for a day and a night and then stopped, there are still huge icey mountains and banks on the sides of the streets, some places have only a shovel width of a sidewalk.

Techniccally Brooklyn's part of Long Island, you just don't like to admit. Most of our snow is slush now, though I hear it's still pretty high in Boston.

Lacy hasn't experienced a lot of snow yet, but I think she might like it, being part huskie. She's also part German Shepherd. Our first dog, Mosely, loved the snow to death! He was part Malamute and part Australian Shepherd. The best story about him in the snow was Dad and I took Mosely to a foresty place where a lot of snow fell and we were playing and stuff. Well, Dad felt the call of nature coming on, so he went to do his business on a nearby tree and Mosely went over to the same tree and peed on it too! Dad and I were laughing so hard about it all the way home!
